For your information, attached are the Minutes for the May 6th, 2003 General Meeting. Also, it was suggested that we poll the homeowners ahead of time about what improvements that you would like or what you would suggest to change. Please fill out and return the attached form to any one of the board members. If you lose the form between now and the spring meeting, a handwritten note is fine! The whole point is to get a better idea of what the homeowners want for their subdivision in addition to the maintenance as stated in the corporate by-laws.

Operate the Woodbury Park Association non-profit Corporation as provided for in the “Declaration of Restrictions”. The corporation was formed for the efficient preservation of the values and amenities in the sub-division and to own, maintain, preserve and administer the Common Area and other areas, and landscaping, and to collect and disburse the assessments and to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents.
Purpose of Assessments levied by the Association shall be used exclusively to promote the recreation, health, safety and welfare of the residents and in particular for watering, cutting, and maintaining the berm, any landscaping, facilities or amenities constructed thereon or used therein, landscaped traffic islands located within the subdivision streets, entrance monuments, entrance monument lighting, signs, for the payment of water and electric bills and maintenance of trees, shrubs and grass.
The “Declaration of Restrictions” provides for an Architectural Review Committee. No improvement shall be erected, placed, installed, constructed, reconstructed or maintained on any lot, nor shall any exterior appearance of any improvement, or any change in landscaping, be made until plans and specifications showing the kind, size, shape, height, colors, materials, topography and location of each improvement on the lot shall have been submitted to and approved in writing by the Committee.
The five (5) Board of Directors, hold two year terms staggered for continuity by splitting the 5 into 2 and 3. The operating responsibilities of the members are to be agreed to by the Board members. For reporting purposes, board members will appoint a President, Vice President, Treasurer, Secretary, and a member at large.

Lighting Maintenance
1. Maintain lighting at the North and South Entrances.
2. South Entrance lighting was installed in Oct. 2000.
North lighting has been installed for about 6 years. J. W. Shaw Electric, the contractor that installed the South Lighting suggested lamp replacement and power outlet for holiday lighting at the North Entrance.

1. Maintenance should be done every two to three years depending on weather.
2. Costs could run $20 to $40 per mailbox.
3. Maintenance consists of caulking, straightening, painting, and a new handle.
4. At $30 per box the cost is $3,420.
