Association Meeting
Meeting called to order: 7:38 by Woodbury Park Association President, Larry K.
Motion: A motion was made and seconded to accept the meeting minutes from previous association meeting.
Resolved: The meetings minutes presented were accepted.
Old business: Reported by Larry K.
Mailboxes were refurbished.
The three islands were landscaped this year.
The subdivision entrance flower bed plantings were improved.
Treasurer’s report. Reported by Russ F.
Motion: A motion was made and seconded to accept the Treasurer’s report.
Resolved: The treasurer’s report was presented and approved.
Motion: A motion was made and seconded to accept the CY2002 budget that was presented and discussed.
Resolved: The 2002 Budget was presented and approved.
It was suggested that the maintenance contract for lawn cutting be re-bid to improve the price and quality of service.
It was suggested that local high school students or local subdivision youngsters be contacted for employment of weeding the common areas.
New Business:
Improvement Plans:
The following improvements were presented for discussion.
The common area
islands at the North end and near the middle of Curtis will be completed by placing landscaping rock around the
shrubs. It was suggested that rock
heavier than bark stone be used to prevent the rocks from washing away in heavy
rains.
The entrance signs
will be considered for replacement.
The electrical
system that is used for illuminating the entrances will be considered for
maintenance.
Dues Collection. It
was noted that two households have not paid dues in the past calendar years.
The discussion determined that the board will file the lien and notify the
homeowner that did not pay the dues.
